Partnering with iconic Sydney store David jones, In Bloom engages Gen Z through an immersive journey, transporting them from physical windows to a virtual garden. The digital world was designed in collaboration with artist Justin Ridler featuring garments from the SS23 collections of designers Michael lo Sordo, Alemais and Rachel Gilbert. Modelled by a custom virtual avatar, the pieces were on display at the David Jones Elizabeth Street Flagship Store taking prime position in their main window displays. Using LED screens, the three windows were united to create a single, immersive environment, enabling the model to walk seamlessly between windows. The campaign extended beyond the window displays to in-store screens in 14 David Jones stores around the country and ons social media as a disruptive faux out of home stunt.
